What You Should know

For your convenience we have parking directly in front and to the side of the building. Please DO NOT park on the Animal Hospital Parking lot.

At Latin Image Salon, we require a 50% deposit for all bookings to secure your appointment and ensure that our stylists are optimally utilized. This policy helps us reduce no-shows and last-minute cancellations, allowing us to provide the best service to all our valued clients.This deposit will be credited towards your final bill. 

Life happens and while we understand problems do arise- babysitter running late, traffic jams, etc.- We require 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment. This allows us to accommodate our guests on our waiting list and ensure our stylists' livelihood. Cancellation made within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the canceled appointment. If cancellations becomes a re-occurrence, we may ask for payment in order to secure future appointments. 

Deposits are refundable only if appointment is cancelled 24 hours in advanced. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or transfer your deposit to a new appointment. 

All no-shows will require the missed appointment to be paid in full in order to schedule a new appointment.

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and cash.

Ideal for holiday gifts, birthdays, anniversaries, as well as employees and business clients. They can be purchased for any service. They may not be redeemed for cash or credit by any party including the purchaser. Gift cards are guaranteed for two years. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

We are a family-friendly salon; however, children are currently only allowed if they are being serviced, for their safety and the consideration to others.

We make every attempt to ensure satisfaction with our services. Latin Image Salon has the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.
