What You Should know
PARKING
For your convenience we have parking directly in front and to the side of the building. Please DO NOT park on the Animal Hospital Parking lot.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Life happens and while we understand problems do arise- babysitter running late, traffic jams, etc.- We require 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment. This allows us to accommodate our guests on our waiting list and ensure our stylists' livelihood. Cancellation made within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the canceled appointment. If cancellations becomes a re-occurrence, we may ask for payment in order to secure future appointments.
NO SHOWS
All no-shows will require the missed appointment to be paid in full in order to schedule a new appointment.

CREDIT CARDS
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and cash.
GIFT CARDS
Ideal for holiday gifts, birthdays, anniversaries, as well as employees and business clients. They can be purchased for any service. They may not be redeemed for cash or credit by any party including the purchaser. Gift cards are guaranteed for two years. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
CHILDREN
We are a family friendly salon; however, children are currently only allowed if they are being serviced, for their safety and the consideration to others.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SALON SERVICE
We make every attempt to ensure satisfaction with our services. Latin Image Salon has the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.
PRIVACY
Information collected from this site is used to contact you for further information regarding your appointments, purchases or inquiries. If you elect to be added to our mailing list you will receive promotional materials directly from us. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with your contact information. We do not share your information with any third party.
BRIDAL/QUINCE SERVICES
We offer in-salon or on -location hair services. Please note there is a four service minimum for our on- location services.

Stylist level system
The Stylist Level System at Latin Image Salon offers our clients options when it comes to salon services as well as providing a career path for growth and achievement for our team members. Clients may choose the stylist/level that best compliments their requests and needs from skill-set/experience, to budget.
In short, levels are based on REPUTATION, EDUCATION & DEMAND. As our stylists grow in each area, they earn the opportunity to be promoted to more advanced levels.
